We created this gluten-free version of the traditional Sicilian speciality so that they can be enjoyed by everyone, our recipe is even more indulgent than the original! They are delicious and crispy and filled with a range of delicious fillings. Perfect as an indulgent treat with an espresso, a cappuccino or a cup of tea if you prefer.
