Cannoli are Sicily’s signature pastry. We created this gluten-free version of the traditional Sicilian speciality so that they can be enjoyed by everyone. our recipe is even more indulgent than the original! They are delicious and crispy and filled with a range of delicious fillings. Perfect as an indulgent treat with an espresso, a cappuccino or a cup of tea if you prefer.

    Salted caramel cream filling (56%): Sugar, vegetable fats (sunflower, palm, hydrogenated coconut), skimmed Milk, maltodextrin, Milk proteins, cocoa butter, flavourings, emulsifier: Soy lecithin, salted caramel paste (7%)[sugar, vegetable oil (Peanuts), butter (Milk), skimmed Milk powder, caramelised sugar (5%), Milk powder, salt (2%), natural flavourings, flavourings, emulsifier: Soya lecithin. antioxidant: E307], sunflower oil.

    Pastry (40%): sugar, glucose syrup, Almonds (30%), chocolate coating [sugar, hydrogenated vegetable oil (palm), dextrose, whole Milk powder, emilsifier: Soya lecithin.

    Decoration (4%): Chopped roasted Peanuts
